Faith and Reason:
Currently this class is
studying the Death Penalty, with lively discussion every

Divorce Support Group:

6:30-8:30,meeting
in the fireside/parlor. Deadline for registration is June

This is a 20-minute videotape of noted theologians and
thinkers who talk about controversial issues. Good
discussion among class members always follows. If
you miss a session, come anyway! No sign-up
required. Sunday mornings at 9:30.
Adult Forum:
Sunday, May 18, 2008, Kim Venteicher will be here
from the Stork’s Nest, a service group that offers incentives
for pregnant women, making healthy choices. 9:30,
fireside/parlor –
coffee and donuts are served in the
parlor.
Sunday, June 22, 2008, Kathy McCarty will be here,
talking about her service as a nurse missionary from
Zimbabwe, working with
persons with HIV/AIDS. This will be
in the sanctuary at 10:30, following the 9:30 service.
The
United Church of Christ will be joining us for worship that
morning, and staying for the presentation. A potluck salad
luncheon
will follow in Fellowship Hall.
